Wendy – I’m one of those people that really doesn’t like fruit in my chocolate, but I did consider doing away with the berries all together and making a chocolate chip cream cheese filling

Jennifer – Thanks! I think a lot of us had trouble with this one, I’m looking forward to next week’s challenge.

Amy – it really is too bad, I may not like berries much, but I did like the concept of a surprise in the middle of the cake.

I made mine into cupcakes as well..and it didn’t turn out so well after the first day.
Next week will be a better week!

Too bad the cake didn’t turn out for you. Your cupcake does look gorgeous and yummy though. (i’m kinda shocked you didn’t add chocolate chips or something else chocolate. )
