What an ingenious idea to make caramel rice pudding! I thought that this recipe was “ok” but with caramel it could actually be “good”.

Pinkstripes – I’m really big on textures. I can adore the flavor of something but if I don’t like the way it feels in my mouth I’m probably not going to go out of my way to eat it again.

Love the caramel rice pudding. Texture has been a big issue with this recipe–either you hate it or you don’t.
